RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, we offer a 100% money back guarantee or replacement. Please contact us within three days of delivery and we will issue a full refund or send a replacement item.

Please note that personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective. Custom items are made specifically to your specifications and cannot be resold. Items that are not custom made can be returned.

We do not issue refunds or accept returns if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control, such as providing an incorrect shipping address.
  • The purchased item is custom made and cannot be resold.
  • You are simply dissatisfied with the product.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns if the item does not meet the criteria stated above or if the product has been used, modified or damaged in any way.

As a customer you are always responsible for the return costs.

Cancellation policy and changes to orders

1. 4-hour reflection period:

  • Customers have a 4-hour cooling-off period from the time of ordering to request changes or request a cancellation.
2. Cancellation of completed orders:
  • Orders can be canceled within the 4-hour window. In addition, if an order has not yet been fulfilled, we can accommodate cancellation requests.
3. Engraving requests:
  • Engravings on orders may not be able to be changed if a request is made after the 4-hour cooling-off period. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request where possible.
4. Completed orders:

Once an order has been fulfilled and the packaging and shipping process has begun, we cannot cancel the order or make any changes to the engravings.
