Order status

I have not received an email about my order, has it been placed?
Good question! We will send an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order to ensure you have a receipt. If you have not received one and it is not in your spam folder, it is possible that the order was not completely placed or your email address was entered incorrectly. Please contact us via our email at support@custom-love.co and we will make sure it is put right.

Where is my order?
Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email. If this doesn't work, please contact us at support@custom-love.co We need the recipient's name, the email address used to place the order and the order number. Once we have it, we will contact you with additional details about your order status.

I have not received my package, what should I do?
If you did not receive your package on time, it may have been lost in transit. Send an email to support@custom-love.co so that we can personally take care of your situation and have your items delivered as quickly as possible!

I have received my order and noticed an error, how can I fix this?
If CustomLove makes a mistake on your order, we will make every effort to correct our blunder. Contact us via our email support@custom-love.co with your name, order number and what error occurred (enclose photos!) so that we can make it right as quickly as possible. 

I entered the wrong engraving, can I change it?
Then email us immediately! We may be able to correct it. But for engravings, in most cases we cannot change them after the order has been placed.

When will my order be shipped?
CustomLove does everything it can to ship your personal jewelry as quickly as possible. It is important to know that we make every piece of jewelry to order, especially for you or a loved one. Something that is made with a lot of love takes time. Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days of ordering, however, some jewelry requires longer production time and may take a little longer during holidays. Please contact us first (support@custom-love.co) for more details.

How long does shipping take?
This varies per product, some jewelry still needs to be personalized, which takes more time than the jewelry that we can deliver immediately from stock. The shipping time is indicated per product on the product page. Under the 'Shipping information' tab

How much does shipping cost?
We fully bear the shipping costs of our products. All our products are delivered to you free of charge. No minimum order value is required.

What is Prio+?

By purchasing the Prio+ option, we will process and ship your order first!
