1. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?

Custom Love does everything it can to ship your personal jewelry as quickly as possible. It is important to know that we make every piece of jewelry to order, especially for you or a loved one. Something that is made with a lot of love takes time. Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days of ordering, however, some jewelry requires longer production time and may take a little longer during holidays. Please contact us first (support@custom-love.co) for more details.

2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Typically the shipment takes 7-12 days to arrive after shipping. During peak days, please allow 5 additional working days on top of the usual time.

By purchasing the Prio+ option, we will process and ship your order first!

4. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

2-3 business days after your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the courier details and your tracking number, which can be used to track your order.

5. CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
